This product is a highly efficient and low-toxicity hindered amine light stabilizer with significant anti-photo-oxidative aging (sun protection) effects. When used in combination with antioxidants, it enhances heat resistance. Particularly for polypropylene and high-density polyethylene, its resistance to atmospheric aging is far superior to that of general ultraviolet absorbers and quenchers (nickel complexes). It is especially suitable for thick products. Unlike traditional UV absorbers, its effectiveness is independent of product thickness, making it also applicable to high surface area products such as films and flat yarns. Its advantages lie in its high efficiency, as well as its good compatibility and dispersibility with resins.
Light Stabilizer 770 is mainly used in polypropylene, impact-modified polypropylene (TPO), EPDM, polystyrene, impact polystyrene, ABS, SAN, ASA, and also in polyurethane, polyamide, polyformaldehyde, etc. Due to its excellent light protection performance, it is widely used in the polymer field.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 30°C under low humidity conditions.
Packaging: Paper carton with inner plastic bag, net weight 25 kg/carton. Customized packaging is available upon customer request.
Note: When using this product, avoid adding acidic compounds such as sulfur-containing substances in the formulation, as they may counteract the antioxidant effect. Japan, Canada, the United States, and other countries permit the use of this product in polyolefin plastics that come into contact with food. Japan and the United States specify a maximum usage of 0.5%, while Canada specifies a maximum usage of 0.35%.
